Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 May 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CipherBC Email Tracker dashboard at app.saad.guru and the related Chrome extension and tracking services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use the Service
The Service is an internal tool intended only for authenticated members of the CipherBC team and their authorized collaborators. You may only sign in if you have been granted access by an administrator of your organization. Sharing credentials, accessing the Service through someone else’s account, or attempting to bypass authentication is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for the legitimate business purpose of tracking your own outreach. You will not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations).
- Use the Service to track recipients who have not been contacted in a legitimate business context, or where local law requires their consent before tracking.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload content that infringes another party’s rights, contains malicious code, or violates applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service or its data to any party outside your organization.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at raja@cipherbc.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all data-protection laws that apply to you and to the recipients of email you track.
Google API services
The Service uses Google API Services, including Gmail, in order to send tracked email and detect replies on the user’s behalf. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law, and do not allow humans to read it except with the user’s explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific data will be retained for any specific length of time. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CipherBC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
